Choosing the right type of accommodation…

… is key to a satisfactory stay.

Before you decide on a specific flat to rent, you should consider what you will be using your accommodation for. Do you plan on primarily to use the apartment as a place to sleep, then you are by far best of by renting a cheap apartment.

However, if you plan on relaxing a bit and/or are travelling as a family, then you should definitely consider a bigger apartment of a good quality. And remember the pool! It doesn’t have to be a private pool but you will love it when you jump into the pool for a relaxing swim or to cool off a bit. As you will know, the weather during the 7-9 months of summer in Cyprus call for cooling off in a pool from time to time.

Another option is to rent a villa. While it will be slightly more costly, it will also offer you privacy and plenty of room and most often a private pool. After all, a pool is not really relaxing if you share it with 10 other apartments.

In any city in Cyprus you will find villas close to beaches and the city centre or you can consider staying a bit out of the centre, which will offer you a vast selection of excellent and affordable private villas with plenty of privacy.
